The final agreement for the construction of your home is very detailed. All building costs, materials to be used and method of construction for each specific area of your home are defined in great detail.

We build according to the current anti-earthquake regulations. We fully observe specifications of the relevant regulatory building authorities (e.g. City Planning Dept, EPAE) and comply with national, EU and international standards for quality of materials and services (CA, E.L.O.T., ISO 9000s) in the construction.
