Our company has a number of privileged plots in the area of Apokoronas. For some of these plots we have designed some very nice off-plan projects whilst for some other plots we have left choice of choosing your own house plans entirely to you.

BEFORE BUILDING

Our company studies and proposes designing solutions for your house plans based strictly on your choices. We  will help you until you arrive at a set of plans that will satisfy entirely all the criteria you have set for the construction of your house. We can also offer you advice concerning choices of various building materials for the best possible results in terms of quality and aesthetics at a competitive price.

When you decide on the final plans, our company will prepare a detailed offer that will describe all the materials that will be used in the construction of the house as well the building techniques that will be used for all the different parts of the house and of course the construction cost.

We will then prepare a detailed private contract for the construction of the property that will include the following: a) detailed description of what is included in the construction cost, b) what is not included, c) the stage payments made by the customer and d) the hand over date of your house.

DURING BUILDING

EXARHOS HOMES supervises the building of your house on a daily basis to guarantee that the quality of works is precisely as agreed and that the materials and building methods used are as per the agreed techinical specifications thus avoiding errors or bad workmanship.

In case you do not live in Crete, our office will keep you informed of the progress of works with regular electronic reports and photographs that you can receive wherever you may be.

Our company will carry out all administration which is related to the construction of the house as well as the preparation, submission and collection of all required documents to the relevant Public Organisations and Authorities (Town Planning, NI, Archaeology Dept, Electricity & Water companies etc) for your own peace of mind and to ensure that there will be no problems or delays. AFTER BUILDING

Our company offers a 2-year guarantee for all parts of the house we have built and this guarantee serves the good execution of works and the correct operation of all parts. Mechanicals, parts, materials and other appliances that are purchased by other companies or manufacturers are covered by the manufacturer's guarantee that accompanies the specific items.

At the house hand over you will receive a file that will include a CD-ROM with pictures taken during the cosntruction, all the Building license related documents, the final connection to the electricity board contract and all the guarantees of materials and appliances that have been installed in your property.

Once your house is built, we can recommend and introduce you to many local suppliers (furniture, electrical appliances, etc) and service companies (e.g.landscaping, pool maintenance, cleaning) as well as offering any assistance and advice you may need regarding settling in your new home.

We are also happy to discuss and undertake any future renovations or extensions you may require (garage, landscaping, pools etc.).
