The guarantee offered by our company refers to all sections of the house that we build except for machinery, appliances etc that have been purchased by different companies and suppliers and which are accompanied by their own manufacturing guarantees.

The contractor has the duty to execute all works at an excellent level throughout the construction both from an aesthetic point of view as well as technical. The building company has a duty to ensure correct application of materials, machinery, appliances etc based on the manufacturers specifications. For any problems that may arise in the sections of the house built by us we have a duty to repair or to replace immediately and to bear the cost of the repair or replacement.

The guarantee of good application and operation of all house sections with the exception of the items mentioned above is for 2 years from the house hand over to the client.
