The payments required for the plot purchase and the construction of the house are:
Deposit for reserving the plot (10% of its value). Pre-contract is drawn at the appointed notary’s office. The customers' solicitor is instructed to carry out all necessary legal checks with reference to the plot.
Simultaneous payment for the house project plans (1500€) given by the customer to the contractor to draw up detailed house plans.
Final transfer contract for the plot – balance of 90% of the plot’s value (plus expenses, see below).
The expenses paid by the customer for the purchase of the plot are:

The solicitor’s fees
The notary’s fees and
The payment for the registration of the contract at the Land Registry
