The payments required for the plot purchase and the construction of the house are:

• Deposit for reserving the plot (10% of its value). Pre-contract is drawn at the appointed notary’s office. The customers' solicitor is instructed to carry out all necessary legal checks with reference to the plot.
• Simultaneous payment for the house project plans (1500€) given by the customer to the contractor to draw up detailed house plans.
• Final transfer contract for the plot – balance of 90% of the plot’s value (plus expenses, see below).
• The expenses paid by the customer for the purchase of the plot are:

1. The Property Purchase Tax
2. The solicitor’s fees
3. The notary’s fees and
4. The payment for the registration of the contract at the Land Registry
