Stage 1 of construction: 10% (deducting the payment of 1500€ paid for the plans)

Stage 2 of construction: 30% (…€) of the dwelling’s price. Payment from the customer, when the building license is issued. 

Stage 3 of construction: 30% (…€) of the dwelling’s price. Payment when the frame of the building is finished and brickwork/stonework starts, concrete is laid, electrical and plumbing installation is made, roof and window/door frames are installed.

Stage 4 of construction: 30%- 2.500€ (…€) of the price of the dwelling. Payment after the previous stage is completed and the contractor starts the floors, the kitchen cupboards, the bedrooms wardrobes, wall painting and generally all works until the completion of the construction.
